This training teaches you how to develop a compelling vision story and to tell it in a way that engages your audience and invites them to head with you towards the future.
Some people are natural storytellers. But even the most charismatic of leaders have also had to learn this art. Because it is an excellent skill to learn! Our tailored storytelling training programme is purely about developing your personal story and that of your organisation. We spend two days working together on the story and presenting it. We make use of listening, sharpening, practicing, rehearsing, developing, imagining, connecting, directing and spatial presentation techniques.

Every organisation has a great story to tell. Its history, ideals, dramas, lessons learned, courage and purpose. In theory, this should also align with your personal story. That’s why you enjoy your work and are committed to the organisation. A well-told ‘corporate story’ is a mix of the storyteller’s story and that of the organisation.

First, we will find just the right story and make it perfectly clear. Complete, compact end expressive. Open, honest and vulnerable – otherwise it will not be effective. The journey of the hero, your journey, the journey of your organisation. Why do you do what you do? What do you truly want? What is your dream? The foundation of every great story. Only when we understand these things, when we recognise you and your story, will we want to take the journey with you.

All professionals rehearse with a director. Once your story is there, we can start working on the presentation. How does it sound? How does it look? Perhaps the sequence could be improved, to build the suspense? Repetition sometimes makes sense, rhythm, sound, articulation, movement. We practice and sharpen your skills. Until you burn brightly and the sparks fly off.

In the end, it is something that you have to do yourself. You will later have to present your story to the audiences in front of which you find yourself. What do you need in order to do that well, both mentally and physically? With stature and charisma? Making it fascinating and compelling? With all the magic of a true story?
