You want your employees to feel connected to your company and to bring values and ambitions to life. Success is based on a strong feeling of togetherness, of being part of the company and connected to the employee story. You want employees to be able to discover, tell and share their personal employee stories to inspire one another. You want your employee story to be supported by a wide range of personal employee stories.
This programme inspires employees to develop a strong unifying employee story: the core employee story. It motivates them to discover, tell and share their personal employee stories and to bring your corporate story to life with their inspiring personal employee storytelling.
An organisation without a story is an organisation without an identity. In this programme, you will learn how to define and further develop your corporate story step by step. Three goals are realised during the workshop:
- Developing the employee story in connection with the corporate story. Who are we, what do we stand for, what do we want to achieve? Based on the principle of the Golden Circle, we gain clarity on the Why, How and What of your organisation, and on how to link this to the personality, positioning and perspective of your organisation and employees.
- Telling employee stories. The ability to touch people’s hearts and minds makes for a stronger brand. How does storytelling work within the context of your organisation? We will discover and document your personal stories. The stories connect with the Why, the mission, vision and the core values of the organisation. Make your employees partners in your dreams and values, and this emotional power source will spread the fire.
